What we collect
When you build a free quiz on EmbedLinq we store the quiz title, description, brand colour, optional logo URL, the email address you provide for receiving responses, and the questions you create. We do not require an account.
How responses are handled
On the free plan, responses to your quiz are not stored on our servers. They are delivered to your email through a third-party service called Web3Forms, which automatically deletes submitted data from its systems after 30 days.
Respondents may optionally provide their email address so that you can reply to them. If provided, that email is included in the message we forward to you and is also subject to the 30-day Web3Forms retention period.
Cookies & analytics
The free quiz pages do not set cookies. We may display advertisements via Google AdSense on the home page; AdSense may set its own cookies in line with Google's advertising policies.
Waitlist
If you join the Pro waitlist, we store your name and email so we can contact you when Pro launches. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
